EDSCN0863.JPG - This slightly larger kiln has just been stoked with fresh fuel (a mixture of sawdust, wood scraps, and particle board). Smoke is issuing normally from the roof and spilling out of the base opening also. FTIR and particle sample inlets have been taped to a stick and are being held in the smoke at the rear of the kiln.
