Introduction

The overall research theme of our group is the design of biomimetic and bio-inspired catalysts for selective functionalization of aliphatic hydrocarbons and efficient conversion of solar energy by splitting water, and the generation and characterization of important high-valent metal-oxo intermediates in these catalytic cycles.
