The UM forensics team sponsors individual and team competition in National Parliamentary Debate. The team is sponsored by the Department of Communication Studies and Associated Students of the University of Montana (ASUM), with support from alumni and several UM offices. The team travels to regional competitions and hosts on-campus events and intermural debates. Students receive Communication Studies and Honors College credit by signing up for COMM 360 ("Forensics/Honors"). No prior experience in forensics is required and students from all majors are welcome.
