Requests for Services
To request services at the CPC, potential clients can call us at (406) 243-2367. (We ask that potential clients call us themselves, rather than having a third-party (e.g., a case manager or school counselor) make the call, for confidentiality purposes). The Administrative Assistant will ask you some simple questions about your request, including your contact information. The Clinical Assistant will then call you back to collect more background information, to answer any questions you may have, and to ensure that our services are a good fit for your needs.
Because clinician caseloads at the CPC are small, there is typically a waitlist for our services. It can be difficult to anticipate how long it will be before there is an opening, but you can always call back and ask where you are on the waitlist.
