Spring 2017 Semester Economics Seminars

Mark your calendars!  

The first Economics Seminar of 2017 will be this Friday, 31 March 2017. Dr. Richard Erb will give a talk on "Unconventional Monetary Policies: Analytical, Empirical and Policy Issues."  Dr. Erb is a faculty affiliate with the Department of Economics and the Department of Accounting and Finance in the School of Business Administration.  

This Spring's second Economics Seminar will be Friday, 14 April 2017, with Dr. Mark Anderson from Montana State University who will talk about "Was the First Public Health Campaign a Failure?”

The Seminar begins between 3:15 in room 103B in the Liberal Arts Building.

Commentaries by Thomas M. Power

For 18 years, from 1997 until 2014, Thomas M. Power wrote and recorded biweekly commentaries for Montana Public Radio.  Although he's no longer do so, we have transcripts for all EIGHTEEN years

Economics Wear now available!

Cool econ hats and other swag are in stock in the Economics Office. Although debit/credit orders still need to be processed through the Bookstore, hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies can be purchased with cash and checks in the front office - Liberal Arts 407.
