Drop-in or Advising Appointment?

Drop-in Advising

Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic and in an effort to protect students, all academic advisors in the College of Humanities and Sciences moved to fully remote service delivery on Friday, March 20, 2020 until further notice. We are doing our very best to maintain comprehensive availability to assist students, families, community members, and University colleagues.

The H&S Advising Center in Liberal Arts 133 is closed to external guests while we work remotely. Please see our Advising Center Staff page to locate your academic advisor’s contact information.

Advising appointments with continuing or new students will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. If you have an appointment with an advisor, they will send you – to your student email account – a link to join the Zoom meeting. If you don’t have access to a computer to effectively use Zoom, we can also conduct the appointment by phone.

Please continue to schedule appointments using Navigate or email your advisor to request an appointment. If you email an advisor to request an appointment instead of scheduling in Navigate, please provide your advisor with the dates and times that you are available to meet. Be sure to include your time zone as well. (The University of Montana in Missoula is in Mountain Time.)
