Professional Ridge Award in Health or Healthcare and Humanities
The Institute of Health and Humanities announces up to two $5,000 awards for research and creative works on topics at the intersection of health and/or healthcare and the Humanities. Qualified University of Montana faculty, persons serving in clinical or research positions at the University, and local health/healthcare practitioners are invited to apply.

Professional Ridge Award Application Materials

- Abstract of no more than 250 words that summarizes the proposal and the methods involved; the abstract should be designed to convince the reader/judge of the project's significance and merit
- Brief description (approximately 3-5 pages) of the proposed project, including the objectives of the research and creative work (where applicable) including its relationship to health or healthcare and humanities (broadly construed), a plan of the research and/or project and the work to be completed, and how the resources of the Ridge Collection will be used or expanded
- Budget for the project
- Academic CV or professional resume including academic background/experience
