Physical Fitness Training
Cadets in the Grizzly Battalion train using the Elite Tactical Athlete Program, developed to develop superior physical fitness.
- Training is every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 0600-0730, and is offered as a class, MSL 106, to college students.
- If you're up for a challenge, break off with Ranger Challenge. This elite group of cadets train with CPT Pat Beckwith, a graduated Westpoint soccer player, and run all over Missoula. They also hike with their rucksacks and sprint up the "L", "M", and set fire trails.
- Record Army Physical Fitness Tests are taken once a semester that consist of:
- 2 minutes of pushups
- 2 minutes of situps
- 2 mile run
