Jesse Flickinger

Jesse Flickinger is a 3L at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana. Flickinger is interested in pursuing a career in public interest litigation, and in areas where the media and law intersect. His legal work experience includes working as a Summer Associate at Crowley Fleck, serving as a Summer Law Clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Montana, time as a Research Assistant to Professors Anthony Johnstone and Jordan Gross at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, and as a staff member of the Montana Law Review. He will be an incoming judicial law clerk for the Montana Supreme Court beginning fall 2018.

Flickinger focused his undergraduate studies on journalism and philosophy, graduating with a double major in Spring 2015 as a university scholar and the top print journalist in his class from the University of Montana. His work has been published by the Atlantic, Longreads, the Associated Press, The Missoulian, and the Montana Kaimin.
