Getting Involved

research assistant working with a child

The Psychology Department at the University of Montana has a strong research tradition, including nationally-recognized faculty researchers whose work has been published in top journals in our field.  Undergraduates have opportunities to work directly with faculty and doctoral students on exciting, interesting, cutting edge projects.  Our department emphasizes and encourages hands-on learning outside “normal” lecture-and-test classroom formats.  If you are interested in getting involved in Psyx 290 or Psyx 390, please contact the faculty member directly.
