After completing BAs in Religious Studies and Latin at the University of Montana, I went on to complete an MA in Medieval Studies at the Medieval Institute at Western Michigan University. I moved on to pursue a PhD, but while working on my dissertation, I decided to return to my real passion and pursue an MFA in Visual Art. I earned a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Idaho and then an MFA in Visual Art from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. I am a conceptual and socially engaged artist and yoga and meditation teacher (E-RYT-200, RYT 500, Certified iRest® Teacher).
