• ANTY 500 Contemporary Anthropological Thought
• ANTY 601
• ANTY 602
• Internship (ANTY 598) or Intensive Field Experience Course for at least 3cr
• 6 credits in ANTY 593 Professional Project or ANTY 599 Thesis
• 12 credits in elective classes numbered 400-589, 595-596, or 600-694.
• Detailed M.A. Project Plan (end of first year)
• Form M.A. Project Committee
• Thesis or Professional Paper
• Defense of Thesis or Professional Paper

Non-thesis Option

Required for Students Choosing the non-thesis option (36 credits total)

• Meet with Advisor to Form a Study Plan
